The October issue of Ukrainian legal affairs magazine “Yuryst & Zakon“(” Юрист і Закон “) features an article written by lawyers from Kinstellar’s Kiev office – Natalia Kirichenko (advisor, local head of intellectual property and technology) and Ivan Shatov (partner). Topics include the regulating the relationship between software vendors and end users and the importance of properly designing license terms for the use of software in order to avoid questions about the scope of the rights granted.
