Playgon Games Inc signs software license and distribution agreement with Pariplay

Playgon Games (TSX-V:DEAL, OTCQB:PLGNF) Inc has announced that it has signed a multi-jurisdictional software licensing and distribution agreement with global iGaming aggregator Pariplay Limited.

The software-as-a-service (SaaS) gaming technology company said that under the terms of the agreement, Pariplay will add and market Playgon’s exclusive live dealer and electronic table offerings under the VegasLounge brand, at its content library for availability. and distribution to all of Pariplay’s worldwide customers.

“Pariplay’s Fusion platform allows us to reach new customers and new jurisdictions globally, so this is a significant agreement for us with a provider that has established a series of partnerships with operators in top-tier markets,” Playgon Games (TSX-V: DEAL, OTCQB:PLGNF), CEO Darcy Krogh said in a statement.

“This agreement with Pariplay will certainly help us accelerate our growth,” added Krogh.

Playgon noted that the deal is for two years with licensing fees based on commercial revenue share rates.

He added that the integration work is almost complete and testing and customer onboarding will begin shortly.

Pariplay is a Tier 1 content aggregator and provider serving more than 150 operator accounts with innovative products including the Fusion aggregation platform, according to the company.

Based in Vancouver, Canada, Playgon Games is a proprietary SaaS (Software-as-a-Service) company that provides mobile live dealer technology to online gaming operators worldwide.
