When the Galaxy Watch 4 and Galaxy Watch 4 Classic came out, they had a few bugs, but Samsung fixed most of them with software updates. Last month, Samsung released a major new update with dozens of new features, but the update also introduced some bugs. Now, Samsung has released another bug fix update for its new watches.
The latest software update for Galaxy Watch 4 and Galaxy Watch 4 Classic has been released in the United States. It comes with firmware versions R870XXU1EVB4 and R880XXU1EVB4, respectively. The official changelog simply mentions “improved system stability and reliability,so it’s hard to say what bugs have been fixed.
After the previous update, Galaxy Watch 4 series users reported that some older watch faces were not working reliably. Some users have also claimed that Google Pay is not working after the previous update. Some Galaxy Watch 4 users have also complained about poor sleep tracking and shorter battery life. Hopefully Samsung has fixed at least some of these issues with the new update.
We are waiting Samsung to release this new Galaxy Watch 4 and Galaxy Watch 4 Classic update to more countries around the world in the coming weeks.
