As battle between Russia and Ukraine rages on, software developers raise funds for Ukrainian aid

As the Russian invasion of Ukraine continues to rage, wreaking devastation in its wake, online software developers and publishers have stepped up their efforts to raise funds to help the Ukrainian people.

The Ukraine-based company that brought us Unclutter is offering a full license of the app for a donation of $10 or more.

The company says funds raised through this campaign will be transferred to volunteers the team knows personally and trusts to help civilians in Ukraine’s hardest-hit cities. The funds will help provide evacuation assistance, food, water, warm clothing and shelter.

Additionally, they will transfer funds to official charitable foundations that provide our military and home defense volunteers with protective equipment.

Unclutter provides a convenient place on your desktop to store notes, files, and clipboard clips.

Unclutter offers 3 tools:

  1. Clipboard history: Track everything you copy to your Mac’s clipboard. You can browse the list of recent clips and recall any of them.
  2. Quick Notes: Take informal notes without launching a text editor. You can find any note with a keyword, using full-text search.
  3. File Center: Now you have a place to drop occasional files, without cluttering your desktop or wasting time looking for them.
